Emma Sewell
Profile
Emma Sewell joined Martin Cray & Co in April 2026 as a trainee solicitor, having previously gained experience at a private client firm and as a paralegal with the Crown Prosecution Service.
Emma has extensive knowledge of wills, probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and is regularly praised by clients for her supportive and compassionate approach.
She also has significant experience in court management, with strong communication skills when working with witnesses and legal professionals, and a proven ability to provide clear, reassuring guidance to those requiring support.
Emma has a keen interest in litigation, including civil litigation, criminal litigation and family law as well as building relationships with clients and supporting them with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate.
Emma holds a first-class LLB (Hons) Law degree from Southampton Solent University and achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LLM) at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys playing golf, spending time with her family, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
