Oath services in Brighton.
Oaths are needed in order to apply for a grant of probate at the probate registry. We are based over the road from the Brighton District Probate Registry so please feel free to come in should you need this at short notice. The fee for swearing an oath is usually £10, depending on the number of exhibits involved. It is usually just one – the will.

Statutory Declarations are promises made before a solicitor to demonstrate that what has been said is true. You can attend our offices and see one of our solicitors in our Brighton office at short notice. We can draft these for you or more commonly stamp the existing document that you need to complete. Give us a call to discuss this. The fee is usually £10.
Certified Copies show that a document is a copy of the original document, and this should be done in front of a solicitor to avoid any dispute of a copy’s authenticity. If you need certified copies of any document, usually ID, then please give us a call to book this. We can arrange all of this for you in a few minutes.
